Welcome to InspectionsTrack Software Suite (“InspectionsTrack”, “Software”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a product developed and managed by Sky Soft Connections.

By accessing or using the InspectionsTrack platform, website, mobile applications, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

  • InspectionsTrack refers to the inspection management software suite provided by Sky Soft Connections.

  • User refers to any individual, company, organization, or representative accessing or using the platform.

  • Services refer to all software modules, applications, dashboards, reports, integrations, APIs, and support services provided by InspectionsTrack.

  • Customer Data refers to any inspection records, reports, images, documents, forms, or information uploaded or generated within the platform.

Use of Services

Users agree to use InspectionsTrack only for lawful business purposes related to inspection management, compliance tracking, reporting, asset management, and operational workflows.

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Upload harmful software, malware, or malicious code

  • Interfere with platform security or performance

  • Misuse system integrations or APIs

  • Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, security threats, or violations are identified.

User Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and activities performed under their accounts.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Managing authorized user access

  • Protecting login credentials

  • Maintaining device security

  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately

InspectionsTrack is not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials due to customer negligence.

Subscription and Licensing

InspectionsTrack operates under subscription-based licensing models unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Licenses may include:

  • Cloud-based subscriptions

  • Enterprise deployments

  • Custom module licensing

  • Mobile application access

  • API integrations

All subscriptions are subject to agreed commercial terms, including renewal periods, user limits, and payment schedules.

Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access or suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, workflows, documentation, branding, logos, source code, dashboards, templates, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Sky Soft Connections unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users may not:

  • Copy or reproduce software components

  • Reverse engineer the platform

  • Resell or redistribute the software

  • Modify proprietary platform components without authorization

Customer Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded inspection data, reports, images, and operational records.

By using the platform, customers grant InspectionsTrack permission to:

  • Process and store data for operational purposes

  • Generate reports and analytics

  • Perform backups and security monitoring

  • Support system maintenance and troubleshooting

We do not sell customer data to third parties.

Data Security and Confidentiality

InspectionsTrack implements reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect customer information.

While we follow industry-standard security practices, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge that internet-based services may involve inherent cybersecurity risks.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information exchanged during service usage.

System Availability

We aim to provide reliable platform availability and operational performance. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance activities

  • Infrastructure upgrades

  • Internet service disruptions

  • Third-party service outages

  • Force majeure events

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Third-Party Integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party services including:

  • Microsoft services

  • Power BI

  • APIs

  • Cloud storage systems

  • ERP or CRM platforms

InspectionsTrack is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or operational failures caused by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Soft Connections and InspectionsTrack shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Loss of profits

  • Operational delays

  • Compliance penalties arising from customer misuse

  • Unauthorized user actions

The total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services during the preceding 12 months.

Compliance Responsibility

While InspectionsTrack supports inspection management and compliance workflows, customers remain solely responsible for:

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Inspection accuracy

  • Certification validity

  • Operational safety decisions

  • Compliance with local and international regulations

The software is a management tool and does not replace professional inspection judgment or regulatory oversight.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to agreed contractual terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases involving:

  • Security threats

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Non-payment

  • Unauthorized system access

  • Violations of these Terms and Conditions

Upon termination, access to services may be revoked, and customer data retention periods may apply according to contractual agreements.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on our website or platform.

Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations agreed between the parties under contractual arrangements.
